For customers outside of Japan, please contact our authorized dealer located in the region or country of your residence. Products purchased through our authorized dealers are eligible for the standard SPOON SPORTS warranty. Products purchased through parallel imports and other outlets not listed as our authorized dealer, are not eligible under our standard warranty program.
Please be aware of online stores and other unauthorized outlets selling counterfeit products. We have received reports of genuine products and counterfeit products being purposely mixed in a single transaction to deceive the purchaser.
